My Story
I'm Rebecca, an employer brand strategist transitioning into consulting after almost two decades of extensive experience across industries and locations. My belief is simple, employer branding only works when it's honest, and it only sticks when it's strategic. Pretty isn't enough. Neither is a framework that sits on a shelf.
